Star Fruit Salsa Verde A tropical twist on a classic Mexican condiment. This vibrant salsa combines the sweet and tangy flavor of star fruit with the freshness of cilantro, jalapeño peppers, and lime juice. Perfect for serving with chips, tacos, or grilled meats.

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 each VERY green Star Fruits 
• 4 ounces Lime Juice
• 12 Ounce Yellow Onion
• 3 bunches Cilantro
• 1 tablespoon Garlic
• 1 ea Jalapeno pepper (if you want a kick)

Blend all items together, if you want medium heat, remove the seeds from the jalapeno before adding, this will cut the heat back, if you prefer a mild salsa, omit the jalapeno.
